There are many software that can be used to change the look of Windows, such as Transformation Pack, WindowBlinds, Talisman, and so forth. One of the "weakness" of the Transformation pack is often to make Windows less stable and hangs often.
Now there is more software that you can use to create a "different" your Windows is using TrueTransparency. This software is quite small, do not eat a great resource and that is not less important is the free.
If you are want trying TrueTransparency, you can download here or here. For additional new skin you can download at (http://browse.deviantart.com).
TrueTransparency does not have the installer, so to run this software you can extract the files that you downloaded and click 2x on the file TrueTransparency.exe.
